I do enjoy a juicy discussion about copyright and as such really enjoyed the NDF 2010 panel discussion "Unlocking public value: meeting the challenge of open data and information."  I think copyright, attribution, privacy, usage rights are going to be challenges for years to come but it is great to see thinking, talking and work happening in this space.  Strong examples of Creative Commons licensing being used in NZ.  What other tools are organisations making use of?
