Andreas Paxie brings more than 20 years of executive leadership experience across a diverse range of industries, including manufacturing, importing, healthcare technology, and injury prevention systems. Throughout his career, he has held CEO and General Manager roles, successfully leading businesses through growth, operational transformation, and customer-focused innovation.
Andreas was drawn to the absolute passion for the work NZMS does, and the respect we shared with our customers and our team for the preservation and sharing of knowledge. He is particularly inspired by the team’s commitment to delivering meaningful outcomes and exceptional service. As General Manager, Andreas is focused on strengthening operational excellence – the heart of the business and, as he describes it, “where the magic happens.”
Outside of work, Andreas enjoys life on a 17-acre olive grove in Kapiti with his wife and their four adult daughters. A recent hiking enthusiast, he has completed several of New Zealand’s Great Walks and is always planning the next adventure. When he’s not outdoors, you’ll likely find him on a tractor, behind a chainsaw, or trying to improve his golf handicap.
