Courtney Seefeldt is Implementation Team Lead at NZMS, leading the successful delivery of Recollect projects for clients across New Zealand and internationally. She works closely with organisations to understand their requirements, design effective solutions, and support teams through implementation, training, and ongoing adoption.
She enjoys helping clients transform collections and information into accessible digital resources, and is passionate about creating systems and workflows that make information easier to manage, discover, and share. Her approach is collaborative and practical, building strong partnerships that help clients achieve lasting value from their investment.
With experience across digitisation projects, implementation services, and operational management, Courtney brings a strong understanding of collection and information management. She has led Recollect implementations for schools, libraries, universities, museums, and community organisations worldwide, and holds a Bachelor of Visual Arts (Photography), a Graduate Diploma in Business, and a Diploma in Records and Information Management.
