Throughout her career, she has developed a leadership style grounded in collaboration, people-focused thinking, disciplined processes, and continuous improvement.
As Operations Manager at NZMS, Karen is passionate about supporting the important work of safeguarding New Zealand’s history for future generations. She is focused on strengthening operational performance, supporting technical teams, and ensuring customers receive the highest quality service.
Karen enjoys working alongside teams to solve problems, improve processes, and create an environment where people feel confident to contribute, challenge existing ways of working, and take ownership of delivering excellence every day.
Outside of work, Karen enjoys hiking or biking with her labradoodle, Simba, and spending time pottering in the garden.
