Leigh has been with NZMS since 2014, initially as the Southern Regional Manager, bringing over 20 years of experience in sales and management to the role. In 2019 she moved to her current role as HR Manager for both NZMS and Recollect Ltd . She is a certified EX (Employee Experience) Designer, and her responsibilities include being part of the leadership teams, overseeing HR operations and contributing to the strategic direction of both companies.
