We’re happy to announce that Phase One has recently expanded their book digitisation solutions to facilitate large scale and high-volume projects! This new equipment will help reach the ever-increasing digitisation demands of the GLAMIR sector.
The new V-Twin Book Digitisation Solution offers superior handling performance and the highest imaging accuracy. Due to its V-shaped cradle and a robust platform construction, A2+ books can be digitised without opening them flat. The fully automated workflow, which allows for two book pages can be captured at once, accelerates the digitisation process.
This new solution contains two high-resolution cameras with supreme sensor technology, developed over more than 30 years in the digital imaging industry. It can achieve close to double output because of Phase One’s automation features and integration with the Capture One CH Software.
This launch is also accompanied by the announcement of a mobile Desktop Book Cradle intended for medium-sized books and bound material!
